Each agent gets a per-week budget, a list of allowed ZIPs, and a per-category ceiling -- the agent who works valuations does not need to compete with the agent who works expireds. The floor enforces all three constraints at the auction layer; you set the rules once and trust the system.

    Every win is exclusive to your brokerage. Losing bidders never see the contact, never call the lead, never compete with you for the listing. The structural failure of the subscription model -- the same number ringing on five phones -- does not happen here.
